Business Development Representative For a Payment Solutions Provider (REMOTE, Africa $1,500/Month)

Our client is a fast-growing payments solution provider that simplifies and streamlines payment processes for businesses. They are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and lead generation, looking to drive new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect List Curation: Curate targeted lists of ideal prospects and develop outreach strategies to effectively connect with potential clients.
Appointment Setting: Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other channels to set up appointments with the CEO or sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Sales Enablement: Utilize LinkedIn’s sales enablement tools and other platforms like Apollo, Reddit, and Facebook to identify, engage, and follow up with leads.
Lead Generation: Explore creative and innovative ways to identify and engage with leads across various channels, driving new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base.

What Success Looks Like:

Effective Prospecting: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and engagement.
Successful Appointment Setting: Regularly set up high-quality appointments that lead to successful sales conversions.
Innovative Lead Generation: Implement creative lead generation strategies that result in a growing number of business opportunities.
Sales Growth: Contribute to the overall sales growth and success of the company through effective prospecting and lead engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on lead generation and prospecting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Reddit, and Facebook.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to identify and engage with qualified leads.
Self-Motivated: Independent and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
