Controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has defiantly declared his intention to continue spraying money at events—this time, exclusively in dollars. This statement comes just weeks after his release on August 5, 2024, following a six-month imprisonment for naira mutilation.

Bobrisky was sentenced on April 12, 2024, by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos, serving his time without the option of a fine. Despite the legal repercussions, the social media personality seems undeterred in his flamboyant lifestyle.

In a candid interview with content creator Bae U Barbie on Saturday, Bobrisky emphasized his shift from naira to dollars. “I am still going to spray money, but I will only spray dollars, not naira,” he asserted, highlighting his commitment to keeping up his lavish displays.

Addressing his time behind bars, Bobrisky dismissed any notion of being labeled an ex-convict, boldly stating, “I cannot be convicted for spraying money.” His remarks have reignited discussions about his controversial persona and the boundaries of the law.
