In a bold and impassioned statement shared on social media, the former Minister has fired a fiery condemnation against the recent spate of abductions by Islamist terrorists, demanding swift and decisive action.

Expressing deep concern over the abductions of dozens of women in Gamboru Ngala, Borno State, and over 280 schoolgirls in Kuriga, Kaduna State, the former Minister pulled no punches in his call for justice.

“I wholeheartedly condemn these shameful and cowardly abductions,” he declared, urging for the “summary execution and extrajudicial elimination” of all terrorists and kidnappers.

Emphasizing the gravity of the situation, he labeled it as a “WAR” that must be fought with unwavering courage and merciless resolve, leaving no room for compromise.

Amidst suspicions of external forces seeking to destabilize Nigeria, the former Minister rallied for unity and vigilance, urging swift action to crush the perpetrators and protect the nation’s peace and security.

With a fervent plea for the safe rescue of the abducted women and children, he expressed confidence in the leadership of Governors Sani and Zulum, along with President Tinubu and the security forces, to bring swift justice.

As the nation grapples with these heinous acts, the former Minister’s message resonates as a call to arms against terror, invoking the collective strength and determination of the Nigerian people to prevail against those who seek to sow chaos and fear.
