PARKFIRST, an expanding Energy & Finance Solution/Foreign Exchange Settlement Company, is seeking highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Mid-level Sales Executives who can identify business opportunities, and convert leads into long-lasting partnerships, with extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
• Identifying and targeting potential clients within the financial sector (Foreign Exchange).
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
• Building strong client relationships, and effectively presenting our solutions with an extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you’ll excel at turning leads into longlasting partnerships.
• You will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.
• Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required, to move deals forward in the sales process (working with cross functional team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
• Provide regular reports to management.
• Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans with specific and measurable goal.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities, using this knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in Fintech and Payment Service Platforms.
• Proven experience in funds solution/ foreign exchange settlement business.
• Proficient Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
• Proficiency with Sales & Marketing tools – G-Suite, HubSpot, etc.
• Proven track record of developing and closing complex sales deals from the ground up.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, presentation, and listening skills
• Creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize immediate, short-term goal and simultaneously focus on strategic, long-term goals
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client needs and challenges.
• High work ethic and commitment to meeting client expectations and deadlines.
• Proactive approach in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
